I read through her bills and one said "gross misdemeanor" but I didn't see any Class C felony mention.

Basically, this woman isn't anti-gambling, but she's anti-personal responsibility, and she wants the government to have control over everything (typical democrat). She introduced a state-run lottery with provisions in the same bill that prohibits internet gambling. Her bills read like parenting books...."The people of Washington State can't gamble responsibly w/o the government's intervention."

I'm pretty sure degenerates will be degenerates.

I can't believe how out of touch some people in the senate are sometimes. You would think that with all their polls and stuff, they would figure out that people love to gamble and most do it responsibly.

I didn't elect mom and dad to the government...I elected a representive that would be serving our collective best interests, not their own.

That seems to be the american way of solving problems. You do anything illegal let's just send everybody to jail for ridiculous amounts of time. Find a roach in your car, 3 strikes your out, 25 years in jail. Buy a gram of weed off an undercover officer, take your car away from you it's now the governments property. Busted with a little bitty piece of heroin or crack because your addicted and can't get off it, send you to jail for 5 years instead of rehabilitation. They seem to think that just sending or threatning to send everyone to jail is the solution. Because of a small percentage of degenerates who will be that way no matter what they have to go pass laws and ruin it for everybody else.

in alot of asian countries you get death. Australia is very easy on drugs too.
