If you are planning on calling a bet on the flop, you certainly should be c-betting here.
The rest of the hand plays a lot differently from there.

My thoughts....
If the table is filled will Super Loose-Aggressive players, then I deem this play accetable.
Preflop: Raise for value = good
Flop:
If our read is that Villains peel all flops, then our c-bet loses much of its desired effect.
And if our read is that Villains are tricky and bluff-raise often, then trying to bet the flop for value can get costly.
Sometimes, with these specific reads, playing TAG is the only way to go.
I only bet/raise when I have a strong hand.
And I play very Passive/Cautious when I don't.
Like you did here/
However, you have not stated any of these reads.
And against a normal table, this play is way too weak.
I would make a continuation bet against 2 opponents on this relatively harmless board.
And I would likely bet again on the turn.

If you play below $1/2 it's rare for a C bet to take it down on the flop against two players.
My standard line used to be peel the flop and c/f the turn UI in these types of situations, but now i just check fold in multiway pots most of the time. You're overcards are counterfitted a lot.
